An offer is an advertisement on an Incentivized Freebie Website AKA (IFW). Each IFW has many offers listed for you to choose from. Each offer listed on these websites has a credit weight correlated with it, usually you will find it listed just below the picture. Each offer varies in credit weight, commonly they will be .25, .5, or 1 full credit. Most IFW's are 1 credit sites, meaning you must complete up to 1 full credit to meet the requirements. Therefor, if an offer is listed at .5, then you must complete 2 offers to fulfill the requirements.
The offers themselves are an advertisement from a real company that wants your business, and the IFW is offering an incentive for you to sign up and give them a try. Common examples of offer are, but not limited to, Netflix, Blockbuster, GameFly, Google, FreeCreditReport.com, etc. Some offers will be free, some are services at discounted prices, but each one is different. When you sign up for an offer, but sure to read the Terms and Conditions of the said offer, so you know what you are signing up for before hand. Also each offer will list its own requirements, such as downloading a service, renting a game or video, or just searching around the site. Basically they want to know that you at least gave their service a try. If you do not try it, you may not receive "credit" for the offer you completed.
